Sometimes in life you have the opportunity to work with some really outstanding people. I have been fortunate to work with more than a few… I noticed in December a friend was looking for additional SharePoint developers, I know SharePoint and have been delivering custom applications with SharePoint for more than a few years… I really had no idea how little I really knew, sure I know how to create WorkFlows, Content Types, Feature Receivers, Event Receivers, List Definitions, Site Definitions, Feature Stapling, Provisioning Providers and a lot more…

However, all of the above didn't prepare me to work with a group of developers, where more than a few are specialists and subject matter experts in their own right… I have learned more working with speakTECH in two months than I have in the past year.. I just wanted to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you and I would especially like to thank Mahrouq for taking me under her wing and making the stuff I used to think was difficult easy and the impossible possible…

I guess it isn't how little I know but how slow I feel when developing apps alongside so much talent…. Usually in a three month project you will deliver a couple of Workflows, a few reports, a couple of WebParts  and an event receiver or two, so you have time to work out the details and if you miss something, time for the client to find the issue in QA and for you to resolve. Now take the same amount of work and complete it in 80 – 100 hours, there isn't a lot of room to make mistakes in analysis, design, development or deployment… speakTECH Delivers… Working with speakTECH is the most fun I have had in a long time…..
