Abstract:  This presentation will look at some of the governance challenges that MOSS presents and the potential approaches to meeting these challenges.  Focus will be given to taxonomies and information architectures, standards and policies development, change and process management, and organizational oversight and enforcement structures.  The presentation will also look to be interactive in nature, bringing the experience and ideas of the group members to bear in developing, better, more coherent, and effective solutions to the important and difficult issues of governing this complex platform.
